Return and Refund Policy

If your order isn’t suitable, here is how returns, refunds, and exchanges are managed for deliveries to Australia.

Important Details:

  • Return Period: 30 days from the delivery date
  • Restocking Fee: none
  • Refund Timeframe: Processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return postage



    Return Conditions
    Items eligible for return must be sent back within 30 days of delivery. To begin the process, contact us at support@luvona-boutique.com. Returns submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted.


Return Procedure:

Step 1 - Contact us:

- Email support@luvona-boutique.com with your order number and the reason for return. Unapproved returns will not be processed.

Step 2 - Wait for instructions:

- Once approved, you will receive the return address and instructions.

Step 3 - Prepare the Package:

- Ensure the item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

 

Note: Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

 

Refunds
After the item is received and reviewed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us at support@luvona-boutique.com

as soon as possible. If the order has already entered processing, cancellation may not be possible.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
If the item received is damaged or incorrect, please email a photo and a description to support@luvona-boutique.com. We will arrange for a replacement or the correct item to be sent.
